Our new system allows you to reach an Experienced Technician on the week between 10h to 12h and 14h to 16h in week for help or support to carry out your own repairs.
One service block are offered
With the purchase of this block, a qualified technician will contact you and discuss the problem with your device and according to the explanations you have provided it will recommend one of three options:
1) Not to invest on your device because it requires a major and expensive repairs, it is better to replace it!
2) That it would be better for you to move a technician to your home because according to the information provided, you will not be able to do the repair yourself, given the complexity of the problem. We recommend a reliable company if desired.
3) In 80% of cases this minute block will be sufficient to allow the technician to solve the problem of your device with you by phone. Make sure you have before you start your session make, model number of your device and any relevant information or error code displayed you can provide.
Fee, you will pay in advance, will be charged according to the block. When buying a block of minutes, a technician will call you within 30 minutes.
